Jungle river journey and explore essential Borneo.
Relax and take in the lush, exotic scenery along the slow, meandering rivers not seen by tourists before. Glimpse the native orangutans in their native habitat and experience traditional lifestyles.

Day 1 : Arrive direct from Jakarta and transfer to your comfortable cabin in the Rahai’i Pangun. Join us on the viewing deck for a welcoming drink and begin your journey along the forest lined rivers. Steaming through Palangkaraya city and its original boardwalk villages on the river edge, we proceed to the Rungan River.

Day 2 : From the peaceful overnight mooring, we continue along a beautiful stretch of river, perfect reflections in the water, quiet fishing activities, and glimpses of bird life and animal life in the verdant jungle. Stop at the Danau Tahai black water lake, and leave the boat for an optional visit to the Borneo Orangutan Survival Rehabilitation Centre. Walk around the boardwalks in the adjacent forest reserve and catch glimpses of young orangutans going about their daily lessons in jungle craft, with their baby sitters. In the education centre, guests will be shown a presentation of the BOS program. We continue on the boat, enjoying sunset over the river.

Day 3 : At dawn, the energetic can climb nearby Mt Tangkiling. From the summit, watch the forest mist gradually thin out to reveal the sleepy hamlet and the river glistening among the trees.

Return to the boat for another delicious fresh brewed coffee and breakfast, as we continue up the Rungan. Watch out for orangutans, macaques, elusive proboscis monkeys, gibbons and langurs, as well as the dramatic birdlife – gliding fish eagles and the curious hornbills.

We continue to a traditional village and learn about the local livelihood activities, from hulling rice, to carving their machete handles, weaving rattan mats and bags, to building canoes and drying fish. Stroll through their village to see traditional fruits and products of the forest, including the famed durian and rare and expensive perfume vine. Our quiet mooring is adjacent a blackwater lake. Leave the boat in the evening by canoe, and quietly enter the lakes, using the torchlight to spot nocturnal animals.

Day 4 : Early morning, join local fisher folk in the nearby black water lake, watch and join in with their fishing practices and canoeing skills. Optional fishing excursion.

Optional speedboat excursion to the local centre of Tumbang Jutuh  to the traditional longhouse village of Tumbang Malahoi. Experience the traditional mountain Dayak way of life  in these stilted extended family homes. The village has excellent examples of sapundu, or carved totem poles and sandung, traditional bone houses. Find out about the Dayak faith, Kaharingan, and visit a Temple in the village. This trip is subject to river conditions.

Rejoin the boat for the final evening under the stars.

Day 5 : Return down river to Tangkiling, where you will be transferred to the airport, or to join other tours. Other options include a swim, massage and comfortable night in the Kalimantan Meeting Centre (additional cost) before your return to the urban jungle.

Day 01. Arrival Bali Airport - Transfer in
Upon your arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport of Bali, you will be welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure or free activity at the hotel.

Day 02. Bedugul to Tanah Lot Temple Tour
After breakfast at hotel we will start our 1st tour which will visiting: Taman Ayun Temple in Mengwi, huge state temple of Mengwi Kingdom surrounded by a wide moat, the temple built in 1634. Pacung Mountain Resort and followed by Botanical Garden, Candi Kuning Fruits and flowers Market, Ulundanu Temple at Bedugul (Bratan Lake). After lunch at lakeview restaurant we continue to Fruit Bats and Monkey Forest (Alas Kedaton).
At the end of the trip we will see Tanah Lot Temple. The temple perched on a little rocky islet. This temple was built in 16th century by the Javanese priest Danghyang Nirartha.
Upon completion of the tour we return back to hotel for overnight.

Day 03. Barong Dance and Batur Volcano Tour
Shortly after breakfast, we will see the Barong and Keris Dance and Performance at Batubulan Village. The Barong play represent an enternal fight between good and evil spirit. A Barong (a mythological animal) represent good spirit and Rangda (a mythological monster) represent evil one. Balinese people also believed that the Barong is symbol of protector. Then we continue to enjoy the rice terraces at Tegallalang Village, this rice terraces has beautiful view with coconut trees and beautiful small river valley. Tegallalang Village also well known with the village of handicrafts center specially for wholesale and export, a long of the road you will see a lot of the shops, they sell variety of painted woodcarving with colorful designed.
We also will visit Gunung Kawi Temple, which was built in 11th century and Mt Batur (Kintamani).
After lunch at Kintamani we continue our tour to Pengelipuran Village and Kehen Temple.
Upon completion of the tour we return back to hotel.

Day 04. Bali – Sail to Gili Trawangan
After breakfast we check-out and drive to Padang Bai Harbor where we will continue our trip sailing to the beautiful island of Gili Trawangan by Phinisi boat.
This boat is newly design as a passenger liner with maximum capacity 100 passengers.
Completed with 38 reclining seats, 2 mini bars, a dining room with side benches, a sandy sun sea deck and “honeymooner” benches on the upper deck will give you a wide area to relax on the boat.
It’s a really relaxing trip and if you’re lucky, a school of dolphins will jump out  to say hello and you can also enjoy a beautiful sunset when approaching Gili.
Once you reach Gili Trawangan Island, we will proceed to our hotel for overnight.

Day 05. Free & Easy at Gili Trawangan or take an optional 3 Island Boat Tour
After breakfast at hotel, free time to explore the beautiful beach of Gili Trawangan. Otherwise you always could join an optional 3 Island Boat Tour visiting Gili Air and Gili Meno by traditional outrigger boat.

Day 06. Gili Trawangan – Crossing to Lombok Island – Mataram City Tour
After breakfast, we will leave Gili Trawangan to Lombok main island.
Upon arrival at Bangsal Harbor, we will continue with Mataram City Tour visiting: Mayura Water Palace; Sweta, the biggest market in Lombok; Narmada and Lingsar temple which was built in 1714. Afterward we drive to Senggigi to check-in and overnight.

Day 07. Sasak and Southern Beaches Tour
After your breakfast at hotel, you will have a comprehensive tour beginning with a visit to the village of Sukarara, a traditional weaving village where the cloth is made for their everyday sarongs. Next is Penujak Pottery Village, where they make pottery for their everyday use - simple in design and primitive in style. Then continue south to the traditional Sasak Village of Sengkol and Rambitan where you can see the locals live in hyperbolic shaped, thatched huts, before proceeding to the coast and to Kuta Beach. Here you can enjoy the beach with time for lunch at local restaurant. For the energetic, climb the promontory for the spectacular views over bays and beaches. Afternoon, we return to hotel and rest.

Day 08. Lombok Landcruise Tour
After your breakfast at hotel, you will have our Lombok Land cruise Tour and it will take you around the top half of the island. Firstly we take the coastal road, which offers great views out to sea. Stop at Malimbu, from where you have great view of the offshore islands. Then continue to Senaru Village and take a short walk to Sendanggila Waterfall. From here proceed to Sembalun and visit garlic plantations; at an altitude of some 2.500 metres, the panoramic views are magnificent. Follow the Eastward road and down to Sapit, renowned for its rice paddy terraces and the scenic panorama over Alas Strait to Sumbawa Island. You can take a lunch stop here, and we suggest you would provide yourself with lunch box in this tour (lunch not included). On the return, we pass through the centre of Lombok stop at Rungkang Handicraft Village. Our last stop is at Batu Bolong Temple near Senggigi to catch the sunset. Evening, you'll take rest and overnight.

Day 09. Lombok – Transfer Out
After breakfast, free and easy until it's time to check-out and transfer service to Selaparang Airport for your return flight home.
